I had other priorities.

At 12, I was playing top-tier youth football at Coventry City’s Centre of Excellence.

This chapter taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of a team.

Started “Music Master Mobile Disco” with my best mate at age 14. We DJ’d school discos, weddings and private parties. Made flyers in WordArt, and got paid in cash and cocktail sausages.

It lit the spark for business (and kicked off a long-running feud between my best mate and my high school boyfriend!)

Back-to-back ski seasons at aget 19-21.

What started as a 12-month working holiday visa, escalated into 7+ years adventure.

Returned back to the motherland to become Director of a Dragons’ Den-backed events company, working alongside Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones.

With live events cancelled during COVID, we pivoted fast, building a fully funcitonal TV studio and launching a digital platform to deliver both live-streamed and on-demand educational content from scratch.

Founded my own events company, driven by big ambition and a clear purpose. We created powerful, high-energy experiences that pushed creative boundaries.

After years of back and forth, I officially became an Australian citizen. Two homes. One vision.

Now launching IRON FOX – a performance nutrition brand fueling the next generation of female athletes.
