1989

Raised by the strongest woman she knows — her mom. From an early age, Rebecca was taught to be brave, bold and fiercely independent. Her mother’s strength has shaped every step of her journey.

Her mom attempted to get a nice 'first day of school' photo. Rebecca had other priorities.

2000

COVENTRY CITY CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE

From 12, she was playing top-tier youth football at Coventry City’s Centre of Excellence. Sport has taught her discipline, resilience and the power of a team.

2004

BIRMINGHAM, UK

At 14, Rebecca started ‘Music Master Mobile Disco’ with her best friend. They DJ’d school discos, weddings and private parties — making flyers in WordArt and getting paid in cash and cocktail sausages. It lit the spark for business… and kicked off a long-running feud between her best friend and her high school boyfriend!

2009

FRENCH ALPS

From 19 - 21, she worked back-to-back ski seasons. Long days, harder nights and a passion for adventure that’s never left.

2012

SYDNEY

What started as a 12-month working holiday visa turned into 7+ years of adventure. If you know, you know.

2019

UK

From Bondi to boardroom — Rebecca returned to the UK to scale a Dragons’ Den–backed events company from £800k - £3m in 12 months, working alongside Deborah Meaden and Peter Jones.

2020

UK

With live events cancelled during COVID, the team pivoted fast — building a fully functional TV studio and launching a digital platform to deliver both live-streamed and on-demand educational content from scratch.

2022

UK

Rebecca founded her own events company, driven by big ambition and a clear purpose — creating powerful, high-energy experiences that pushed creative boundaries. Bootstrapped to £500k+ in 12 months.

2024

AUSTRALIA

After years of back and forth, Rebecca officially became an Australian citizen. Two homes. One vision.

2025

UK

Now launching IRON FOX — a performance nutrition brand fuelling the next generation of female athletes.
