Sport and fitness have always been at the heart of who I am.

After 5+ years producing bold, high-impact events across the UK and Australia, I’m now building with intention — bringing that same energy and execution into women’s performance nutrition.

Over the past 2 years, I’ve gone deep into female health, training and recovery — and realised how overlooked women are when it comes to sports nutrition. Despite growing demand, most products still fail to meet our needs, goals and physiology.

That’s the gap. That’s the opportunity.

We’ve seen it in activewear — Lululemon, Sweaty Betty, TALA. Brands designed for women that have reshaped entire categories.

IRON FOX is here to do the same for performance nutrition.

We’re not just targeting elite athletes — we’re unlocking a powerful market of active women who have been underserved, overlooked and unsure how to engage with performance products.

The team is already in place — top-tier advisors, industry experts and elite athletes.

The strategy is clear. The timing is now.
